Hello, just wondering if anyone else in the Kingston service area has the same issue - hooked up with Cogeco internet and Tivo digital service and have been fiddling around with channel choices in the "Mix and Watch 40" package where I can pick a lot of channels we like. Oddly I found that I'm not able to select CW or MYTV channels for my Mix and Watch options as they are not listed anywhere. Yet in the SD channels they are there and MYTV 116 plays fine but CW is in the 200's and does not but should be in the 100's as it's not a time shift channel since it's in Rochester or Buffalo area. But the HD channels 794 and 796 are marked as "Not subscribed...". I can't subscribe to a channel that is not listed, and the SD versions are there so I don't get why I can't choose them and why one is listed in SD channels and one in time shift?
Yes I can call tech support, but would like to know if others experience the same issue before I call in?
Any ideas?
