[INTERNET] Cogeco email servers down?

I am away from home, but Cogeco IMAP servers as well as Webmail appear to be down. Not able to retrieve emails. We have 4 email accounts. I can log into Webmail with all 4, but only two of them are functioning. On the other two it says email is not available and to try again later. So why would only two work?
